Who Is Dr. Panchenko?

Dr. Oksana Panchenko, PhD, LPC, LMHC, is a licensed mental health professional dedicated to helping people understand themselves more deeply, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives. Licensed in Texas and Hawaii, Dr. Panchenko provides online therapy and speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Dr. Panchenko works with adolescents from age 15 and adults of all ages, experiencing trauma and C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADHD, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges with identity and self-worth. Her work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with an understanding of the connection between the mind, emotions, relationships, and nervous system.

As an immigrant herself, Dr. Panchenko also brings a personal understanding of the challenges that can accompany immigration, cultural transition, rebuilding a life in a new country, and finding a sense of belonging.

Dr. Panchenko also has experience working with military service members and veterans, including providing counseling and mental health support related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, adjustment, relationships, life transitions, and the unique emotional demands associated with military life. This experience contributes to her commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to members of the military community and their families.

At YOU TALK THERAPY, her philosophy is simple: meaningful change begins when people have a place where they can truly talk—and know that someone is truly listening.
